![]() The Wacom felt tip in the pens is still missing (if it fits). Here the feeling of writing on paper is just perfect. In practical terms, the Boox wins in everyday life. I definitely use the Samsung for drawing. If I had to write longer texts, the Lamy would be my favourite. The Samsung is very light and therefore not great for me when writing. The eraser tip of the Stadler doesn't like the Doodroo screensaver - too much friction. The Stadler feels great in my hand and the Lamy allows a very relaxed writing. The feel of the pens themselves is also very different. It seems that the Samsung implements the 4096 pressure levels best - the range of variation is greatest here while the Lamy gives the poorest performance with differences in line width. BOOX Pen, as the specialized stylus made for Note Air, features a magnetic body, 4096-level pressure sensitivity, ergonomic design with a large diameter. The Samsung tip is still quite close to paper, while Lamy seems to be very smooth and soft again.įor me, the writing experience is best with the Boox. The Boox tip is the other end and feels relatively rough and actually feels like a pen on paper. The Stadler tip is very soft and hardly gives the feeling of writing on paper. The writing experience - tested on a Boox Note Air 2 Plus with the Doodroo screen protector - differs significantly. The size is based on the Wacom EMR tips - except for the Boox, which is a bit longer and thicker. ![]() The tips are quite similar and yet different. ![]() I made a small comparison of stylus tips from Boox, Stadler, Lamy and Samsung. ![]()
